The accommodations were amazing and our host Kim was phenomenal with communication and very quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!!

The host was friendly and responsive. When the pool was found to be in need of some attention, Kim was apologetic and had the pool guys there in less than 24 hours. She made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Would definitely rent again!!

Super host great property and unbelievable service
This is the second time we have stayed at this location and our children want this to be a family tradition each trip to ATX! Kim is an amazing host, text her at 6 am? He responds 6:05 am. Need help where to go, stay or address any question? She’s right there with a solution. The addition of the back porch awning was a terrific addition and made the outdoor area even more comfortable.
We love to call it home while in Austin and Kim makes sure it feels like home.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Austin, Texas. We celebrated our son's 21st birthday! Everyone had their own bedroom! What a great time!

House was great size for the family. Spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Our host Kim was very responsive and answered all our questions.
